Fingers crossed, for a clear May evening, we shall be preparing a BBQ with all the various mediterranean specialities.
Colourful salads usuing fruits, chicken and also fish. Promising to look at salads in a different way! ROcket, apple and strawberry. Smoked salmon, borage flower and pink grapefruit. Bresaola, walnut and parmesan. Smoked tuna and tomato salsa. It's looking good!!
